    • Deliver a great eXp Presentation explaining the business model and opportunity for agents.
          • Goal is 35-40 minute presentation
          • The Model eXplained (Brent’s is 37 minute)
          • Identify your 30 second testimonials prior to presentation
    • we MUST Promote & edify eXp 
          • Never promote an individual organization or upline… 
              • Technically, we are all Team Ninja aka Rob & Gene’s Team!
              • People are so impressed when they find out that we are all supporting each other, but not in the same upline/downline/group
    • No self-promotion of events or collection of data
    • Be Kind and make everyone feel welcome.  
    • Do the right thing 🙂  You are presenting for every agent at eXp

  • For your convenience, 
        • Of course, you are welcome to use anyone you would like.  Drinks, plastic & Paper Ware is provided 🙂  
  • Please arrive to have lunch set up by 11:30.  
        • This will give you an opportunity to greet and meet agents as they come in.  
  • Please have agents sign in and collect business cards as they come in.
  • Please plan to introduce your business at 11:55 and let everyone know that you will follow up with them.  The presentation needs to start promptly at 12:00. If there are 2 sponsors, you can share 8 minutes however you would like.  If you need more time to speak, please time budget to be finished by 12:00 🙂
  • For your benefit, plan to stay for the presentation and mix and mingle with agents afterward.
  • For the best bang for your buck. PLEASE
        • Greet agents and get their contact info as they come in
        • Give a teaser in your 5 minutes so they will want to get with you later… don’t give a presentation…  pique their interest
        • Follow-up, follow-up, follow-up
        • Sponsor regularly… every 6 weeks or less…  become part of the family
